Thermal oxidizer transforms outdated production facility
As regular client of both Optimum by Callens and parent company Callens, this potato processor got in touch with us once more to transform an outdated production facility into an efficient and food-safe plant.

Our client decided to revamp one of its plants, not for more chips, but for a variety of potato specialities. As that variety also generates an array of baking fumes, we once again developed a bespoke thermal oxidizer for this facility.
The old plant was still using thermal oil to bring the production processes up to the right temperature. Now, the entire heat demand is met by steam. Space being at a premium, we supplied our client with an extremely compact system, i.e. a folded or parallel configuration.
